本文件是唯一的全局css,修改了:
顶栏: 删除用不到的功能,简化顶栏
字体: 新宋体,都2022年了,电脑显示器啥时候能上视网膜屏
滚动条: 宽度4px
评论区: 删除了一堆的装饰
广告: 删除了b站为数不多的真广告
